Case Examples from the Clinic of Professor Zhou Zhongying: Insomnia

Reading and analysing the clinical cases of experienced doctors was an important traditional study method in previous generations, and indeed was one of the methods used by Professor Zhou Zhongying when he was young. The cases of Professor Zhou can not only help us to understand the theories and clinical effectiveness of TCM, but also enable us to learn his adroit skills in making pattern differentiation, determining treatment strategies and applying herbal medicines. This article presents two cases of insomnia treated by Professor Zhou.
